By purchasing a doll you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
As a business we must declare the doll for its full value on all custom forms this is essential when shipping overseas as all dolls are sent with tracking and insurance. We are sorry but there can be no exceptions to this rule we hope you can understand.
Please note at present there are no customs charges if you are living in the European Union.
Important to note that if your location is deemed remote by our shipping company UPS then an additional fee other than the costs stated will have to be charged to cover this. Should you decide not to pay ( or fail to respond to emails ) then your payment to date will be refunded and the doll made available to another collector. Sorry for an inconvenience!
All our dolls are hand packed in the studio by ourselves and are carefully check prior to shipping, we also take a photograph just for our records.
Please note that we can only allow one doll per customer on the opening day of sale.
If in the unlikely event that a doll is damaged in transit please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to help put matters right.
If damages are found after a 10 day post delivery period we can not guarantee we can then be of any assistance.
SECONDARY MARKET ITEMS HAVE NO WARRANTY OR RECOURSE!
Due to the hand painted nature of a resin fashion doll no two dolls are ever completely identical, please note that we always photograph randomly selected actual production dolls for all promotional purposes.
